Creating and opening my physical shop in Kalk Bay has been a dream for many years. I often used to sit and day dream about what it would look like and how I wanted people to feel when they walked inside.
My dream became a reality in Nov 2022 when I opened on the Kalk Bay strip.
The shop is a little slice of what i like to call Bohemia. A colourful ecclectic mix of Bohemian fashion and other creations.
The shop decor I brought in from Bali as I just love the Balinese decor look and it marries so well with the Boho vibe. I had a local artist hand paint the walls with beautiful meaningful murals.
The look i have created is a type of Bohemian Surf chic.
If you visit the shop you will find unique decor to compliment the unique designs.
I wanted my shop to be something unique and interesting- an experience!
I think my favourite room in the shop must be the bathroom though! I had a lot of fun creating a magical water inspired space, from colourful mermaid scale tiles on the walls to a koi mural on the floor. Def the nicest bathroom in Kalk bay :)
